  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Slice thick breasts in half horizontally.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
