  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for serving (Optional)
  • Celery and carrot sticks, for serving (Optional)

  • Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make sure the wings are evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  • While the wings are cooking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the Buffalo wing sauce and melted butter. Heat over low heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
